A Night With The Girls!

It's never a dull moment when we get together...I think it was 6 hours of constant laughter! Marissa had asked if Susy & I would be able to photograph her cousin Veshalicas wedding and she wanted us to meet her. So, last night Marissa Cooked dinner for us! Marissa is one amazing cook! The theme of the night was fiesta!!! It was ANMAZING!!! Oh, and the home made guacamole...MMMmmm, Mmmmm!!! We also had mixed berry margaritas and after those were gone we had pineapple margaritas!!! Hee hee hee...I had 4!!!!!

I just don't get it...Where does all the time go? I remember when I was a kid, days seemed soooo long and years even longer, but now years seem like months and months seem like days!!! I just want it all to slow down!!! Argh.... Ok, so that was my little vent...Thanks for listening....

Synvisc Injection

Ok, so I got these injections in my knee, cause I've been having pain for months now after a fall @ work. You get these injections once a week for three weeks. I just had my last shot and I'm really hoping that it works. So far not really.....

Just wondering if anyone else out there has had these shots???

A Gift for my Best Bud!

Loving these blank frames from Michaels!!! I made this frame for my best friend Susy. I used Blitzen from Basic Grey, Chatterbox letter stickers, some ribbon and the flowers are punched out with a flower punch, inked and Mod Podged. We learned how to make the flowers at our Day To Create class this past Saturday from Carol Wingert and Tena Springer..

I made this other one for myself..I have this cute pic at my birthday party will a bunch of my Foxy Friends.

A Day To Create ....What a BLAST!

Yesterday was our Day to Create class taught by these two fantastic ladies! My group, The Foxy Croppers puts together these events here in Los Angeles, CA. about every 6 months. this was our third Day To Create Class!!! Tena & Carol put on these Day to Create classes all over the US and in Canada!!! If you ever have a chance to take a class from these ladies, I suggest you jump all over it!!! They come up with some of the cutest projects and the most amazing techniques! Our all day class went from 9am to 8pm and we created three of the cutest projects!

Our 1st project was this amazing box with an accordion album inside that was all done with Chatterbox paper. The 2nd project was this amazing stick and ribbon journal book using Basic Grey. Our last project was a mini album made with tabbed pages and tags!! They are all just fantastic!
